If you want to remove ALL of the photos in the album, that is the same thing every bit merely deleting the anthology. You can do this on the Albums page (world wide web.flickr.com/photos/me/albums) by clicking on the little trash tin can icon on the anthology.
The above will NOT delete the photos from Flickr. Albums practise not incorporate the actual photos, they are just a view that shows some of them to you. The but place your photos actually "exist" is in your Photostream.
If you desire to remove SOME of the photos from an album, you have to get a little sneaky about information technology. In that location is no way to directly batch-remove photos from an anthology, just y'all tin can batch-ADD all the OTHER photos from your album to a 2nd album, then delete the first album.
one. Open up the Organizr (www.flickr.com/photos/organize)
2. At the very lesser left there is a combo box that initially says "All your content". From here, select the anthology you lot desire to remove photos from.
--The photos from that album will appear across the bottom.
three. Select photos that y'all want to KEEP in an album. You tin click to select one, ctrl-click to select subsequent ones, and shift-click to select a continuous range of them.
iv. Drag the selected photos into the batch area.
5. Add together the batch photos into a new album ("Add to album", at the peak).
6. Delete the first album. (Again, this does not remove the photos from Flickr -- or from the other anthology.)

There is no way to directly batch-remove photos from an anthology
With camera roll - opposite to the organizer - it is possible to batch delete photos from albums! Select all photos You desire to delete from an album in camera roll and and so click on the "Add to album" icon. Then a new window pops upward where You can notably delete the selected photos course all those albums they all belong to.

Prissy tip.
One extra annotation about that: If at first you select some photos that are in the album and some photos that are not, then your first click on the anthology will really add ALL the photos to the anthology, so information technology requires another click to remove ALL of the photos from the album.

Thanks for that tip. That may simplify the batch deletion from an anthology every bit You don't accept to ensure that Y'all select simply photos that belong to that anthology.
All the same this solution might not be the near intuitive 1: You have start to click on "Add to album" in order to delete photos from an album.

I know this has been addressed quite a flake, only information technology was such a source of frustration for me that I thought I'd also share how I resolved information technology. I auto upload photos from my phone with a high degree of regularity and then I utilise my PC to organize them into albums and collections. I then want to empty my car upload anthology because those photos had been organized and placed where I wanted them to be. If I could not empty the motorcar upload album I would shortly have thousands of pics in the anthology and, because there is no indication on the pics that they reside in another album, I would always wonder if this and that had been organized or not and the album would become a quagmire. I tried deleting photos from the album after moving them while on my PC and ended up permanently deleting over 600 photos (irretrievable). You would not take liked me that 24-hour interval! It is not possible to batch delete from motorcar upload on your PC without permanently deleting the photo from all of Flickr! On your PC it is possible to remove photos from auto upload ane at a time subsequently you lot take moved (or should I say copied because that really is the only option you have at this time) them to another album by clicking on the photo in question and scrolling down to where it indicates which albums the photo is in and deleting it from the auto upload album by clicking on the corresponding 'ten'. This can be excruciatingly cumbersome if you are dealing with hundreds of new photos and multiple albums. On the brilliant side, I take learned that if you movement/re-create your photos to other albums from auto upload on your PC that you can become to your Flickr app on your phone, get to your machine upload album, and easily choose multiple/batch photos (only tap on one or more than photos) to delete from your auto upload anthology and it will do so without deleting them from the other albums. Eureka! Although I wish I could practice this on my PC information technology is a lot improve than deleting one at a time. I hope this helps others who take the same frustration as I accept.

Personally I think the wisest choice is to avert all "auto-upload" and "automobile-sync" capabilities of whatsoever tools, period, end of story. The apparent convenience is just not worth the risks.
Declining that, you should at least make every effort to accept multiple, physically separated backups of all of your files, at some stage in your procedure before whatever of the automatic operations are set up to occur.

Sorry I accept been sick and not able to reply to this thread. Camera Whorl is overnice and works well with normal albums. Unfortunately, I practise not see the "Automobile Upload" album when I select the add together to anthology choice. I understand the choice to remove pictures using that characteristic by unselecting them from the add to album (a little backwards and confusing). The Motorcar Upload anthology seems to be unlike and locked in some way.
I currently have almost 5000 images in the Car Upload anthology (I went to a few concerts recently and went crazy with my burst style). I might attempt the proposition of copying the files to a temporary album and then deleting the Automobile Upload album. See if that works.
